IFMR Capital
The Head – Legal is responsible for the management and direction of compliance across the company, to ensure that the business complies with all requirements laid out by legislation, contracts and internal policies and ensure that the business has the systems, frameworks and controls in place to prevent, monitor, mitigate and manage identified risks appropriately and within a controlled way.
VP – Treasury will be responsible for assisting the Head – Treasury with fund raising for both debt and equity funds towards ensuring that IFMR Capital has adequate funds at its disposal to meet business objectives.
Associate Analyst – Origination
The Associate Analyst- Origination will be reporting to the Head- Origination and will be responsible for managing relationships and maintaining strategic partnership with MFI Clients and investee companies.
